Partner Visa 820/801

Hi all, great site glad i found it

My partner now wife was granted the subclass 300 visa(prospective marriage visa)
Now that we are Married we need to fill out subclass 820/801 now these forms seem to be the same as the other visa ??
47SP and 40SP..
So my question is Does she have to get police clearance and medical checks again? or can we use the ones we used for subclass300 ?
Also do we have to prove we in a relationship again like before ?

Should i basically think of it as starting a whole new form from scratch ?

She only been in australia for 2 months

PS, hope this makes sence. it just seems like im just repeating what i did 8 months ago

Hi, yes you should treat the 820 / 801 as a new visa application using the 40sp and 47sp forms. You have to jump through the same hoops to prove your relationship, except of course now you are married.

The police checks and medicals are only valid for 12 months, so depending on when you had them done they may be about to expire. I think you'll also be asked to produce a police check for Australia, now that you're partner is a resident.
