Switching Employment - 457 Visa

Hi There

My partner is sponsored (Im defacto). I have heard that it is just $70 if she wishes to switch employment? Is this correct.

Ive also heard that the job does not have to be the same position as to which the sponsorship was granted and that there is no wage restrictions. Is this correct?

Many thanks for your help.

There will still need to be the sponsorship conditions to be met by a new employer who also needs to be approved, so check it all out via Employer Sponsored Workers - Workers - Visas & Immigration
