Thumbs up 487 state sponsership question?

Respected All,
Seeing 487 category occupation list on WA-VIC. the requirement of experience 5 years for an example automotive electrician, for this onshore 487 category? Now how can a student achieve 5 years ex- after study being in austrlia? on 485 18 months of visa?

Vic list is combined for the offshore regional( 176) and onshore( 487). So is this requirement only for the offshore category? or onshore internaitonal students dont require this?

NT list suggests 3 years exp for the cook ( example) but they ask international students studied in anywhereelse in the states require min 6 months of exprience in NT while list mentions 3 years. So confused about this? can any one explain for the NT(take example of cook) and VIC (example automotive electircian) experience requirement for the 487 category?

Thanks
Amit
very thankful to sombody on answer with deep thoughts
thanks

Immi do have their departmental regulations to be met for any visa application and likewise the states have their requirements for one to get sponsorship.
The states are merely identifying that they see experience as a requirement for sponsorship and if you have any uncertainty over their requirements you should contact the state government via contact details provided.
