ENS approval

hi every one, i am on 485 visa, i already applied for 885 last year nov 2009,
and my employer submit my ens on july 25 2010, still waiting for ens approval, will you recommend me to apply ens pr visa now or shall i wait for ens approval first,

pls help me,

It does seem a bit off that your employer has submitted an ENS back in July and nothing has been heard and either it has slipped down behind a filing cabinet or something may be wrong.
First step ought to be have the employer do a follow up.
