Congrats Lois and Ragazza!!!

I applied in Dec as well but online in Syd. Hope I get approved soon too but I guess it really just depends on what case officer you get. Can't help getting my hopes up though!

I've been living/working in Aus for 4 yrs, low risk, no kids, 2 year relationship, 1 year defacto and decision ready application. Pretty straight forward. Fingers crossed!

Hey!
I think you should be real soon then, considering your circumstances are very similar. However, I don't know if any ONLINE applications have been granted yet. It seems like it's the paper applications from December '13.

They're probably just adjusting to the new system... but yeah, frustrating. Online should be faster!

We had the paper application ready to go, but the first day the online system started, we decided to go with the online system as we thought it was faster.

It was faster for acknowledgement letter and bridging visa, that was instantaneously receive after submission!

That's the first online approval I've heard.
Why straight to 801 though?

We had lived together for more than 3 years at the time of application. One of thr requirements to waive the temporary 820 is a long standing relationship of three years or more.
