As long as your NOIM has been in for (I think) a month and a day, you can marry in Australia at any time. So yes, you can go ahead and marry and convert to 309 IF you've collected enough evidence over the last few months (and you probably have!) that you live together, share finances, etc. Has she gotten correspondence addressed to your place? Did you open a joint bank account? If you've done all this and collected evidence, then it should be possible to convert without issue.

Applied: End of April 2014.
Visa Granted: Early July 2014.
Visa #3: 801 (PR)
Eligibility Date: End of April 2016 (Applied a month prior).
PR Granted: Early April 2017.

Yea she's got bank statements in the mail and I added her as a secondary person on my credit card.

She also got her lerners permit so have letters from Vicroads as well.
