got a problem

i have to return to the UK next feb and i have a no further stay. My de facto partner has got his appointment to go into hospital to have a operation, his family cant be with him on the day that i leave and that is the 7th. Could i get a waiver would the immigration let me stay with him in Australia even though i have a no further stay on my Tourist Visa

Hi there,

I don't think it's a strong enough reason for DIAC to let you stay legally, but try asking DIAC directly. They know immigration rules, so they are the best ones to tell you.
