A quick question

I was just wondering if my partner applied for a tourist visa and she will be only staying here in Australia for 1 month then go back to the Philippines.
Can she apply for a partners visa right away?

Many if not most tourist visas have a No Further Stay condition on them and that means no further visa can be applied for from within Australia and applying for any visa whether onshore or offshore ought to be done only if eligibility requirements are met.
