wich visa to marry onshore, offshore visa??

Hi, I am Australian and I met a girl from south america by the internet, and we have chatted every day for like 6 months by web cam and by phone, we are really in love, so I asked her to marry me.. And I have got to know her parents by web cam as well. I feel like I can trust this girl more than any other person I know.. So there is no problem in that area.. We both know in our hearts we are meant to marry even tho we have not met in person..

Any way what we both would like to know what visa should we apply for?

she was going to fly here on a tourist visa, and then we were going to apply for the on shore partner visa, but found out if the tourist visa has a no further stay marked on the visa, it will be a risk to apply for the on shore partner visa, because they dont tell you if the tourist visa has it marked on the visa or not.. And if they refuse the on shore partner visa, it will make it alot harder to get a off shore prosective marrige visa..

So she is thinking about may be flying here on a tourist visa for 3 months, then we are going to apply for the off shore prospective marrige visa in new zealand. So she will have to get a visa for New Zealand as well..

Would we have a better chance at getting the off shore prospective partner visa if I fly to her instead and apply from her country??

what do you think we both should be do??

We will be hiring a proper agent to organize all the paper work and we have a family member who said they will be our assurance of support..

She is a engineer and has had a number of visas already approved before from when she use to study in Australia and the uk.. so she has a good record and can speak english really well..

Our very last option is I will live in her country because they make it so hard and expensive to apply for marrige visas in Australia..

If she came to Australia and had no No Further Stay condition on her visa, you would have to consider marriage to avoid the 12 months relationship requirement for a defacto partner visa and even then there is not certainty for you still need evidence of a relationship.

You could consider her seeking a tourist visa for here and then one for NZ though they have a requirement for a person to have an onward flight to a country they have a right of entry to, so she would need to leave enough time on her first visa to book a return flight to NZ , apply for the PMV and then apply for a further tourist visa to re-enter Australia and then a repeat trip or trips would be needed while the PMV was being processed and then when the PMV was ready for granting.
Probably pay her to see if she can get a six months tourist visa second time around.
