Question Change in Employment from EOI

Dear Friends,

Need your advise and suggestion here.

While submitting my EOI I was working with Company X and submitted my employment reference for EOI. I have done my ACS with latest company X.

After submitting my EOI, I resigned my current organization and now with company Y and received invitation to my EOI to apply for final Visa.

so what should i do now? Should I have to submit the employment documents as of my EOI i.e. showing as my last company X?

Or should I submit 1. another employment reference for X showing last working date as dd/mm/yyyy and 2. fresh employment reference for company Y as well.

Its getting very confusing for me. I heard many people are saying that your final visa application has to be exactly similar to your EOI submitted. But Employment is not something constant, so how to proceed about the same.

Anyone who has personally faced this situation can help, that will be really appreciative.

Amit

You need to submit employment docs of the Company X while submitting your visa application.

Furthermore, do mention about your new company in the application form as the circumstances changed prior to submission of your application.
It is recommended that you also attach your resignation letter. CO would be considering your application based on the details given in EOI.

Best of Luck.

Regards,
BRET

Hi Breat,

"Furthermore, do mention about your new company in the application form as the circumstances changed prior to submission of your application."

Thanks for the reply but how i will mention about the change in circumstances prior to submit the application?

I think i will have to use the form 1022 for the same but how i will communicate prior. I am not able to edit the EOI as I already got the invite for applying the final visa.

Please advise.
