Is there such an EMERGENCY VISA?

HELP! My glfriend is holding a student visa. She is currently enrolled in 1 of th Institution in Sydney. She started her English Oct. last year and ended last Dec. During the period, she suffered from depression to the point that she had been hospitalized...and maybe diagnosed to be have a BIPOLAR SYNDROME. Upon discharged, she went home in the Philippines to spend her Christmas vacation.

She returned to Sydney last January 5 because her major course will about to commence. Everything was ok not until she informed us that her ATM account was hacked upon making some online transactions. Several days after, she left the place shes staying with..empty handed coz all of her belongings are intact, including cellphones etc. And as of the moment, she never get back and nobody knows her whereabouts. She failed to communicate or keep in touch which she usually do everyday. She was even reported as missing.

I, her parents and rest of the family are so worried about her. And just cant wait what will gonna happen if she could not be found as soon as possible. i doubt that her situation will worsen if wont be address immediately.

Is there an emergency visa for us... so that we can personally facilitate finding her. What shall we gonna do? PLS HELP.

You should get some written reports re her medical situation last year, the bank account hacking, leaving her place of residence and the police report re her missing and with that type of information you may be able to get a visitor visa.
The other question is how do you feel you can help find her for the police here would have far more resources and will be able to do far more.
Have you contacted the Philipino Embassy here in Australia as well.
