getting a sponsorship visa

I am currently on a working holiday visa. Its due to expire the first week in March. I am looking to get a sponsorship visa as my employer is willing to sponsor me.
I dont know if I will be able to get sponsorship as i have not completed my degree(have only one subjecto to sit).
Also i dont want to get ripped off by a migration agent if i got to them to get some advice...
Can anyone help

Have a look at the ES 457 visa and in particular the eligibility requirements.
Sponsorship needs to be for occupations under the listing that you'll find under the nomination eligibility and depending on what the position/occupation is, if you have some experience wotking in an occupation on the list, you may be able to get approved without having finished your degree..
Temporary Business (Long Stay) - Standard Business Sponsorship (Subclass 457)
You'll see that there are also eligibility requirements for the employer and if they have not been through the process before, they need to familiarise themselves with the requirements and be confident enough in doing it themselves or use an agent.

You should at least wait until the employer and the nomination has been approved or if the employer is going to use an agent, perhaps a deal can be struck for the agent to do your application at the same time for minimum outlay.
