Help needed regarding ACS skills assessment

Hi,
I am an international student. I have Bachelor of Engg. in computer science degree, which I gained overseas.
I have australian master degree in Networking.(completed)
Currently, I am pursuing graduate diploma in IT (with one semester exemption). I am in final sem.

I have a question that can I apply for ACS skills assessment now? (with my overseas degree and australian master degree) Or I should wait for my current degree to finish? I'll finish my current degree in march.

Why I am asking this because if I apply after march and assessment takes more time, i'll have to apply under new rules which coming in july.

So is it a compulsion that I have to assess both of my australian degree?

Thanks.

Have a read of the ACS (Australian Computer Society) - Membership, Professionalism and Leadership for ICT Professionals and the ICT Community FAQ and it is all rather self explanatory re what they may expect in terms of experience.

If you are considering an onshore skilled application you also need to read the eligibility requirements re your study being an equivalent of at least 92 weeks and leading to a qualification related to your occupational assessment.

Does it mean that I dont have to wait for my current degree to finish? Caz the first australian degree I have that is master of networking was 2 year program but I finished it on fast track so finished earlier than 16 months.
So when I'll apply for PR, I will be using both of my degree to prove 16 months.

SO when I apply for PR, wont there be any query that my current degree is not assessed? Thanks.
