Evidences of our Relationship

Hi,

My husband and I just started compiling our documents for our application and I am just wondering should be submit the original cards, letters, travel and phone bill to the embassy or just a photo copies of them? Can anyone help me out here. Thanks.

Immi do say that what you submit in any visa application, do so with the knowledge you'll not get it back, so that's why they say submit certified copies of official documents like birth certificates and qualifications documentation.
But for things like you mentioned, if you do not want them back just send it what you want and btw, Immi do not really need so much in the way of cards, letters or photos for if there's no dates involved, too much of it is just pointless.
Just a few photos will do.
Some overseas embassies may return some things.

Hi... Can anyone help me with my situation? I am about to lodge in our spouse visa application, I had a history to lung treatment in 2001 and was treated unfortunately I don't have my previous chest xray films though I only have medical record that says I am completely treated. Will these be enough? What should I do?

You just have to arrange for a medical when you are requested to do so by a CO.

Yeah but it says that I can already lodge our application with the medical assessments.. what I need to know is that what to do in this situation? My latest chest xray shows that I have a scar on my left lung due to the treatment I had before? And the requirement says that I have to present the old Xray films to prove that I was treated, I don't have the old XRay from 2001-2002 anymore. What should I do?

You can only present what you have but do be wary of doing a medical before being requested for if the visa processing time is delayed, you may have to do a repeat.
I think you'll find that the wording on doing a medical is open to doing it for the application or waiting.
