457 - Switch with my partner

Hi everyone,

My partner is currently on a 457 Visa, and I've been included in her visa.

She would like to leave her company and at the same time, my company is ok to sponsor me directly.

Do you know what is the process if I want to apply for the 457 by myself, and include her in my application then she can move to another company?

Hope my question is clear enough
