1 year experience for visa 176

If I am correct that 1 year experience in last 2 years is eligibility to apply for skilled sponsored visa (family)?
Am i eligible to apply ? (english skills and age are up-to the mark)

Note: I have 2 years of experience as developer programmer (ACS) and B.Sc Computer Engineering degree.

Your comments and feedback can help me
