Signing /Witnessing of 40sp & 47sp

Hi everyone,

After quite some time getting all our paperwork together, my Fiance & I are almost ready to post our PMV application away

Can anyone confirm whether or not the 40sp & 47sp forms have to be Witnessed when signed?

Thanks,

G & J.

I've never bothered to take too much notice but if there is a requirement they'll have provision for it where the signing takes place.
From memory and not looking it up [ but you have it ] I do not think there is.

Thanks Wanderer - there is no provision on the forms for a witness' signature/stamp, & I had in my mind that there was no requirement for it, but I am 2nd guessing myself because everything else needs to be notarized/witnessed...

It would be nice to get a definite answer from someone who has gone through the process though.

Cheers,

G & J.

I haven't submitted but am about to. If there was a requirement for this, it would say so. (Surely).

I kind of know what you mean though, with so many tens/dozens of things needing certifying, it comes as a surprise when you find one thing that doesn't!
