Question on defacto 856 visa

First of I want to say how brilliant this forum is for people like me who have no clue of immigration system!

My girlfriend is currently sponsored on a 457 visa. We are currently in process of applying for a Employer Nominated Scheme (visa 856). I am currently defacto under her visa. I am aware of the terms and conditions of a 457 visa that if our relationship was to end I would have to leave the country. Is this the same situation under a visa 856? I donít think this will ever happen but it is important to know where I stand should the relationship end in the future.

Many thanks for your help

The 856 is a permanent residency visa and that applies to both primary and secondary applicants.
So once you have PR you have PR.
