Question Need advice

I need advice upon working rights on my visa type. Currently I am on 457 Dependent Visa sponsored by Ernst & Young and per the visa details dependent has full rights to work and study in Australia.

Recently, at one of the job interview , interviewers were seeking clarifications on my working rights in Australia because of my visa type.

They have below queries.
- Do they need to sponsor for my visa again?
- Do they have to transfer the sponsorship from Ernst & Young to their name, in order to provide me an offer to work?

I really need advice to deal with it.
Id appreciate any help or suggestion.

If you're the dependent of a 457 visa holder, then you have full work rights which means you can work for anyone in any type of job without them needing to sponsor you. Only the primary visa holder has conditions that specify they can only work in the nominated occupation for the nominating employer.
