Hi all , seems like we are all confused about wich class we shud apply. I am also confused. If we apply for a sponsored state program, the visa is valid for 3 years only and after that we shud apply for PR. But if we apply for skilled class main visa..we get the PR directly without waiting for 3 years. PR is different , citizenship is different. Citizenship we have to wait 3 years and then apply for it.

Hey Mate,

If u cant get ur documents attested in Kuwait just get them from ur home country. Seek help from ur friends or parents to get them done. It doesn't matter where u get from as long as they are genuine.

That's what I did eventually. Thank you for your response.

For the immigration purposes, all the original documents can be submitted online via colour scan, one does not need to get them notorized.
