student dependant visa Evidence!!!

Hi all

I am currently on student visa and my partner visa also student but will be expired on April. We would like to apply defacto visa that we can stay together in Australia untill I finish my degree (1 year left). I am not sure that the evidences that we have now is enough to apply or not?
We never thought about this visa because my partner wanna apply PR but due to over 6 months graduated my partner cant apply it.

We have been together over 2 years and I joined my name on the lease last January 2010 that over 12 months already. We dont have join bank account but I always transfer my money for the bills(internet, telephone, gas and electricity) to my partner's account and we interchange paying the rent to Lessor's agent (I pay this time my partner pay next time). We do like this all 12 months.

Now we moved to live in sharehouse and I threw all the old letters and just realised I shouldn't T-Tnow I only have 2 letters from medibank and my superanualtion letters that can show my address on that address.

We also have plane ticket and some photo that we were on the holiday trip together in Australia and also in my country. (some over 2 years)

Are they enough to apply student dependant visa?
What else I can do?

I think if you have a look under student visas additional info, you might find that a partner had to be listed on your student visa when applying for it, so was that dome?

Thanks Wanderer for reply

I didn't put her name when I applied because she though that she could get PR at that time. Is this possible to apply student dependent visa?

I think you may find not and check the student visa info to confirm that.

Thanks for info Wanderer.

Sorry, I wrote a bit confusing. Actually our defacto relationship has started on January 2010 that we moved to stay in the same house. This is because before that we have realationship as boyfriend and girlfriend(over 2 years). We only stay together sometime and sometime long distance relationship(about 6 months).

Is this case eligible to apply it or not? because we decided to live together after my partner renew her student visa.

Thanks

Thanks

You say you did not have her listed as a partner on your student visa, so see my other replies.
