Is nikah over phone considered as marriage in Australia

I am a Muslim and currently holding UC457 visa . I would like to get my spouse on dependent visa to Australia.
I am planning to get the Nikah done over phone while I am in Australia and get the marriage registered in India and get the marriage certificate. (This is acceptable as valid in many countries as per Islamic Laws).
Can I submit the same marriage certificate to Australia Immigration and apply for marriage certificate.

I would be in Australia and my spouse in India at the time of marriage and will this be a problem while filing for dependent Visa.
Please help.

- You should meet in person with your partner
- You should provide the pics of the marriage ceremony
- Invitation card sent to someone
- Receipts of ceremony
- Photos of you and your partner together at different places.
- You should provide a marriage certificate
- Nikah Nama is not an official proof of marriage.

It is my understanding that what you mentioned in your post would not be acceptable by any means and more likely would weaken your case.

Hope more people would comment and eventually you would get a clear picture of what is needed.
