I answered on the other thread you posted to thus:
Quote:
Just further to the answers in Blue, do have a look at the 885 secondary applicant eligibility requirements and as long as your partner has an eligible visa and meets all other requirements, adding her to your application would seem to be OK - Skilled - Independent (Residence) visa (subclass 885) and you may have to put a medical off until the baby is born and you'll not be able to add the baby until it is born.

You do not mention your occupation and waiting since April 2009 nearly indicates you may have a lower priority and that is something you may need to consider re your longer term future for if you do have an occupation not considered to be of higher demand, you could be subject to an application being ceased at some stage.

In the meantime, I would have thought with being eligible, your partner would go on to a BVA when her student visa expires if there has been no decision made on the 885.
Please do not go posting all over the place at random and ask your questions as follow up if needed.
I'll delete the other threads.
Edit:
It is quite possible in having done a course as a cook that you will have great difficulty in getting a PR visa without employer or state sponsorship and that is where you will need to focus your attention.
