Visa grants get recorded in the Immi computer system against a passport number so scanning of your passport by airlines for boarding and Immi on arrival will show the visa, so no need to necessarily get the visa sticker put in until you get to Australia as employers will need to know you have a visa.
Also for just in case computers can be down, have a print out of the conformation email or letter.

thank you Wanderer for your replyI have got mix information regarding this matter now my lawyer is telling me that it needs to be stamped yet the Australian embassy in Kuwait do not stamp Kuwaiti passport as Kuwait is one of the countries that can obtain visa on arrival to Australia I am state sponsored not employer does that make a difference?

Nobody usually gets a visa on arrival to Australia and in your case if you have notification of the visa being granted, you already have the visa, it being that way for all visa grants.
I realise you are on the 176 but you still at some stage need a sticker in your passport to show any potential employers that you have a visa for Australia that will allow you to work, that sticker able to be put in your passport here in Australia and it is a bit surprising that you cannot get a sticker put in at the Kuwait embassy.

If you are close to your international airport, you could see if an airline check in desk that was not too busy was prepared to scan your passport and that should show your visa as being in the Immi system.
