To apply for a Partner Visa (either de facto partner or prospective marriage visa), you must have been living together for 12 months, but you are married to your partner. You don't have to wait for 12 months, you can apply for the visa whenever you want, however:

" In a married relationship, you and your partner must show a mutual commitment to a shared life as husband and wife to the exclusion of all others. You and your partner must be living together or, if not, any separation must be only temporary. You must also have a genuine and continuing relationship with your partner. "
Partner Visa: Onshore Temporary and Permanent (Subclasses 820 and 801)

well if they gave me visa we would live together..but there is no way for us..he cant even come here..anyway we r thinking about aplying for tourist visa u think its wise?
You have a couple of choices:
1. You can apply for the spouse visa in Iran (you send the application by mail), if it is approved you can both move back to Australia
2. You can come to Australia on a tourist visa and once you are here apply for the spouse visa in person ---- however, you really should choose option (1) because you are married you just need the spouse visa and nothing else.

u think it would bring issues?i read some where u should live 6 months before partner visa..is it right?if yes what can i do?!!

what country did u get married in? I met my husband on facebook too so that shouldn't be an issue. The DIAC want to see that your marriage is genuine.

Aside from what sarah says, it may not be stated on the web site but even when a couple are married, Immi will look for evidence of a valid relationship and that is where the six months can come in - that apparently a reference in the legislation and Immi's procedures manual.
There is also reference in the regulations to acknowledging cultural differences and all you can do is present your case in an application and see how it is considered.

about tourist visa i have heard there r chances of rejection as i am iranian

regards
That you present a strong application with evidence that you are in a genuine and commited relationship is the most important thing, you may or may be be rejected depending on how your case is individually viewed, and having lived together for 6 months or not can or may not directly affect the decision of your visa. Good luck.
