What does this mean? Interpretation please...

My south african fiancee and i applied for our prospective marriage visa in april 2010. the last document we were waiting to give in was received by DFAT in south africa this week. Last night we received an email from our case manager that stated:

"Requirements of this visa appear to be met. Please forward original, valid passport (my fiancee's) to the department for finalisation of application."

I dont want to count my chickens but could somebody please let me know if this is pretty close to us being approved of our visa. (its such an agonising wait....which most of you would understand)

The only reason they usually do ask for the passport is so they can put a visa sticker in and with the wording of the email, it'll hopefully be granted not long after they receive the passport.
