proving relationship

I am new to this website but been reading a few forums and so much information to process so thought i'd ask.

I am aussie, My girlfriend is american and she was on a 457 visa since october 2010. Her employer has just informed her they can no longer sponsor her so we need to find a new visa. This has caught us unaware as we thought we had at least 2 years to work with.

We have not been living together nor share bank accounts or bills etc but have been in a relationship since 2009. She has been in melbourne i have been in nsw and I just moved down a month ago. We have millions of emails and phone records and flight records and photos but nothing with both our names.

Can she apply for a 820 partner visa? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

She is looking for another job which can sponsor her under the current visa but we only have about a month I think before she has to leave or get another visa.

You may have known your Gf for some time and have been in a distance Bf/Gf relationship but if you have a look at the relevant Department of Immigration & Citizenship section via migrants and family visa options and read the eligibility section as well as Booklet #1, a relationship for a partner visa is clearly defined as a residing together type.
