Work permission for Bridging visa C - form 1005

Hi everyone
Im applying the work permit and im on BVC. I just have a few questions which i really need ur help.
As im on bridging visa C but on the form in the first lines they asked me to fill in the Subtantive visa reciept number - TRN - file number. What are they and where can i get them ?
And in the form the also ask me abt the visa grant number, does that mean the bridging visa grant number or sthing else ?
As they said it was 13 numbers but i couldnt find any 13 numbers on my bvc letter.
And for all the evidence, do i need to have them certified ?
I still hav more questions later but pls help me for now.

A BVC will normally be granted if you have applied for substantive visa (any visa that is not a Bridging Visa) while you held a Bridging Visa A. A typical situation is where you have applied for a substantive visa and been granted a BVA. You have then withdrawn the substantive visa application and applied for another substantive visa. You are then granted a BVC.

If you applied for the new substantive visa online, then you will have a Transaction Reference Number. It will begin the the letter E.

Check you BVC letter as your visa grant number should be there. If it isn't I would suggest that you call the department on 131881 and ask them.

Regards
