Hi Uk55,

I don't have anything terribly useful to contribute yet. We're quite certain that my husband is facing refusal of his partnership application due to his haemophilia. In anticipation of this, we're going to have an initial consultation with George Lombard to see how he can assist us with obtaining a health waiver. I intend to update this thread: http://www.australiaforum.com/visas-...y-hope-us.html with any relevant details as the process unfolds.

What's your situation?

Wise move. You can't get a health waiver, however, if you can show that your condition is manageable and it is not overly expensive then there is a good chance that you will be approved. Very good idea to go through someone like George Lombard.
