Tines will vary dependent on applications and you can check for a guide via Client Service Charter

Thanks. So I applied off shore using an online application. But they say I can't apply online as my course has started already. But they only issued my CoE 2 days ago. Does this mean they might not grant me the visa at all?

If you have put in an application but they are saying it is too late that would seem to be saying sorry, too late and all you could do is email them and ask whether a paper application is possible.

Hello, I applied online in the UK and mine took 2 days! Would have been 1 day but I had to submit my eCoE which I forgot to attach first time around. Good luck!

Hi
I did mine offshore online in New Zealand to study in Australia and it took about 3 weeks. I guess it depends on the country and the course.
