It is a conviction that carried a custodial sentence of 12 months or more that'll see a visa application rejected.

You did not do custodial time so you should be OK but just make sure you put the correct information in.

Yes,i wrote the information correct i call also in the embassy and they told me that should not be a problem, that the most important to them is the relationship.We will see what they gonna do with our spouse visa the time will show .Thanks a lott
