There's also an IELTS requirement and have a read of my last post on http://www.australiaforum.com/visas-...dent-visa.html as it all generally applies to you.

You also say that you're still studying though, and so do you have a visa to do that?
You'll need to see TRA about assessments - Trades Recognition Australia - Home and that and the IELTS will be necessary to stop you being screwed.
Your occupation may also see that you'll have a very low priority re getting a visa processed if ever and so perhaps resigning yourself to not being here permanently is what you may want to consider up front.

yes , i got my IELTS already which meets the requirement.

I am actualy holding a 572 visa which is expire next week , as i mentioned before. and i finshed everything on my course but just some late due assignements need to be process and i should be able to get my certificate in the next 2 or 3 days.

so there is no chance that i can lodge on my apllication for TR after my visa expires ?

Have you seen about getting an extension of your student visa for if your studies are incomplete that may be the best thing to do and you'll need to have a look at the TRA information to see whether the stage you have got to in your completed studies will be sufficient for what you want to be assessed as.
