Hi, I need to answer these questions on behalf of my wife and myself. I am the the sponsor currently answering these questions online.
I have idea about these but I want to get experience from those who already answered those before me.

Can you please give me a clear idea and any format for the answers, also what cannot be written here?

Thanks in advance.

Police check

I'd suggest you wait to submit at least your police check until later date.
There have been numerous cases where the applicants had to re apply for their police checks because they expired before the visa application was approved.

I had to re apply for mine. Both police checks from India and Australia and my medicals had expired before my visa was granted.
My case officer asked me to provide a new police check for India which was another nightmare we had to go through.

Both these documents are only valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
If possible wait for at least 4-5 months after your date of application to provide a police check.
Just wanted to share my experience.

Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Kind Regards,
Becky

Hi All,

i have a question in regards to whether a CO was assigned to my wife's spouse Visa application or not.

We submitted the 309/100 visa application on 5th April 2016 via Immi account and attached all the required documentation including medicals.

On 9th June 2016, we received an email from immigration department requesting for additional documentation namely Form 80 and Indian PCC.

We uploaded the scanned copies on 17th June and clicked on information provided along with additional documents for more proof that we are genuinely married and still continuing.
Also submitted change in circumstances form1022 to advise the department about my wife's trip to Australia on visitor visa.

Just wondering if the CO was assigned to our application as the contact details of the CO were not provided on the additional information requested letter.

If CO, assigned does anyone know how long it may take to finalize the decision.

Thanks in advance
