I'm the applicant...it's frustrating u know. The time taken by department is not only effecting my life even my partner too she is living in Australia and I'm here back in India. They don't realize how it is spoiling the lives of couple.

Hey mar17

i am the applicant. my wife is in Australia and i am in India. yeah man its like a game for them but they can not understand what we going through. we are only waiting and not sure about anything. sometimes it brings negativity because not only living far from partner but also you have to waste your one precocious year that could be an awesome if they process within 6 months

best of luck to everyone who is waiting for visa. my best wishes is with all of you.

HAPPY DIWALI to everyone

hi mar17

i was wondering same as well. because no updates in this month. i connected to my agent then he said because of New Delhi embassy looks after some other countries as well like Butan, Nepal. so this month they willnt touch any Indian partner application. i amnt sure about it but it looks like true because last partner visa they gave was granted on 1 october.

i think we will hear anything after 1 November. its waiting game bro. have patience.

best of luck to everyone

Partner visa sos

Hi there,

If anyone was like me and feels very overwhelmed with the whole visa application then please know you are not the only one. I actually got through the process and my partner visa 309 was issued in just 6weeks from offshore (UK). I then created a blog to help others going through the same process as I felt this was lacking and I desperately needed reassurance.
Please check it out, google partnervisasos.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to me on there.
I promise there is an end to it and have a bottle of champagne waiting for your approval!

Cheers,
Cayli
