Hi,

I am applying for partner visa 309 from India. Just wanted to confirm if it is mandatory to submit attested documents (by any government official/lawyers) or its ok to submit unattested documents?

Thank you for your quick revert. Can you please confirm who all would be eligible for attesting the documents?

If you upload colour scans to your ImmiAccount, your documents do not need to be certified/attested. If they are black & white, then they do.

Hi, I applied for 300 on Oct 2017... have you come across any post in the forum we can follow for PMV 300 updates (specifically for people from India?) Also, have you heard from them yet?
