Hi,

Applied 309 partner visa : sept 10, 2017

Feb 12, received Email from IMMI letter for form 40SP and Form 80. The email contains the signature of the person and position number, Department of Home Affairs.

Hi All,

Hope you are doing well.

I have checked the status of the application, status is still showing as received.

Is case officer allocated to my application?

Thanks,

SP

hey thats an excellent news, didn't you give that form initially when you applied?
May we know your case officer name, but still its a good news, that means ball is rolling.

Hi,

The Email I got from IMMI, does not have CASE officer description or title. It has the name of the person XXXXX, and his / her POSITION NUMBER.

I wondered it seems they are assistants of the department who look after all the documents are received for the application or not.

Thank you
SP

I received my medical and PCC request from immigration assistant. [email protected]
He wasn’t my case officer bcoz I received another document requested from different CO. She is the one who sent me my acknowledgment and advised that contact her straight away for any kind of useful info about application.
Her signature

Even she is the who took my interview in October 2017.

Still im waiting for my grant. Last month I emailed her about the process but surprised I received reply from another CO he put my CO name in ,Cc’ column.

Hi FathyJes,

Yeah...I have already submitted all docs. we missed Form 80 and form 40sp.

I have launched visitor visa for my partner on Feb 1 st week, after 4 days got the request for Form 80 and Form 40SP for our partner visa. Not really sure....If case officer allocated or not.

Someone from IMMI send us email to attach these documents. But there was no designation mentioned in the signature of the Email.

Hope for the best.

Thanks,
SP

Hi people.

My husband has applied for 309 Visa for us from Australia online through Immiaccount. He submitted 309 application on 13th Oct'2017 after which we have heard nothing. We have also submitted our medicals by 26thOct'2017. I have recently uploaded the PCC as it was expired. I and my 5years old daughter are based in India currently and my husband is planning to call us on a Visitor visa.

My question is if we go to Australia on Visitor visa while our 309 is still in progress, will there be any delay in our 309 Visa processing times?
