Hi,
I have been married to Australian girl from 2007 and we are separated from FEB 2016. In between we talked about divorce and she said she will do it as I was not aware with procedure here. As we are not in touch Thinking she already did it so I went overseas this year and got married to second wife march this year.
Now after I got back I was planning to launch file for her as partner visa. But I find out first wife didnít go ahead with divorce procedure. Now I have applied for divorce and hearing is in September. Now what can happen if I want to call my second wife over here? What visa I should apply with? Some people told my second marriage is not legal so in that case can I marry her again after my divorce? But me and my second wife legally married and got marriage certificate too. She got my name as spouse on back page of her passport too. At front page she got her Father name still...
She is from India. Please help me out...
Can you please let me know what the chances of her to get partner visa are? Can we marry again here in Australia? What visa type can we apply?
Please help me out...
Thanks.

Hello everyone after increased timeframe of 21 to 26 months does anyone get mail regarding your file is being progress from immigration? I got one no reply mail that mentioned will take more time to process my file. Also I heard that if main applicant is male then time take longer than female applicants.

Hi all,

I am a Sri Lankan citizen married to an indian national. I received my pr in 2015, we got married in india in 2016 nov. Ever since I was living with him in india as I thought I can wait until he receives his partner visa 309.
Lodgement date - 01/09/2017
Requested my pcc - jan 2018
Requested evidence of our relationship - march 2018

It's been his 10th month and up to last 15th may, it was showing 10-13months, then in June they changed it to 12-18months, now last 18th july, processing time shows 21-26 months in his own inki account.

As my pr ends in 2020 july n it was my last 2 years n it's a must to live in 2 years within 5 years of pr visa grant to apply for resident return visa, I came to melbourne last June n away from my husband ever since...

I'm just wondering, will it take 21-26months for my husband's 309 visa?

I am totally frustrated and alone here without my husband...

Can any one provide me with some info.

Thanks

just wondering for you who have received a tourist visa while waiting... is the general consensus that it is easier to get the tourist visa once the spouse visa is submitted? My husband was refused tourist visas prior to our marriage and our spouse application.
cheers
