Hi there
Your spouse can stay in australia on tourist visa and when your CO FINALISED your case then he or she can request to leave country so they can granted visa. Sometimes they call you and ask when will you be able to leave country so they can grant visa but you need to attach air tickets and arrival detail so probably they grant visa in 2 days

Hiya we have been adivised by our australian imm agent to apply for the sponsored family visa as I am pregnant and he is coming for the birth in November.. surely he will get it for this ...He had 3 tourist visa refusals in 2015/16 before our marriage and spousal visa application based on his finanicials/reason to return/job security etc... none of these have changed so they feel it would still be touch and go with tourist visa whereas my ability to sponsor him and provide a bond/accomm etc should help with family sponsored.
When have you applied for spouse visa? we only applied in mid may so geuss a wait to go.
Sons

any indian on PR (not citizen) who sponsored partner and who never traveled to India for straight 90 days, did you have to give a fresh Indian PCC.

Example. you applied for PR and gave Indian PCC, then after 1-2 years you apply to sponsor your partner, and meanwhile for these 2 years you NEVER traveled to India for 90 days.

Did you give old expired India PCC which you gave at the time you applied for PR or you got a new one?

or

Did the CO request you for a new one

Hello frds
If someone would not notice the time frame for 309 has been changed and decreased. It's 14 to 16 months instead of 24 to 26
