Me and my partner provide all the documents at the time of lodgement and I completed my pcc and health checkup within a week and uploaded the same. I got no further documents request from AHC, Just phone interview and later grant came in.
Wishing you best luck for visa.

Thanks all
Do you mind if I ask you how much did you agent charge you?

I am a Sri Lankan citizen married to an indian national. I received my pr in 2015, we got married in india in 2016 nov. Ever since I was living with him in india as I thought I can wait until he receives his partner visa 309.
Lodgement date - 01/09/2017
Requested my pcc - jan 2018
Requested evidence of our relationship - march 2018

It's been his 10th month and up to last 15th may, it was showing 10-13months, then in June they changed it to 12-18months, now last 18th july, processing time shows 21-26 months in his own inki account.

As my pr ends in 2020 july n it was my last 2 years n it's a must to live in 2 years within 5 years of pr visa grant to apply for resident return visa, I came to melbourne last June n away from my husband ever since...

I'm just wondering, will it take 21-26months for my husband's 309 visa?

I am totally frustrated and alone here without my husband...

Can any one provide me with some info.

Thanks
@Trishie141

My wife from Colombo, lodged online in end of July 2017 and she has not received the visa yet.

I think it depends on the case officer as some people have received their visa in 6 months while others have taken 18 months

@utsc- hi, is your wife applied through an agency? Is that agency is in Sri Lanka or in india? She applied to indian high commission- new delhi or Sri Lankan high commission-colombo?
Now the time line shows 13-17 months, so no one has received their visa in 13th month?
Please share your wife's visa grant as soon as she will receive so I can calculate my husband's visa processing time...
Thanks

@comm6 - congratulations...
Can you please let me know whether you applied from delhi high commission? Did you go through an agent or applied alone? Are you the wife or the husband? Have you ever visited or lived in Australia before? While your visa is under processing, did they ask you for more documents time to time?
Please reply me soon...Because I'm eagerly waiting for my husband visa and he lodged his visa 1st September 2017 and still pending...
Thanks

Hi..applied along on the immi website. Am the male partner, we are not legally married, though she is here in India with me when we applied and we both move back together. They just asked me to get my Indian PCC....no other docs were asked for. No references contacted though I was contacted while they were finalising the the applications and asked me a few questions...very basic ones actually . Have visited Australia several times before on a tourist visa

@comm6 - thanks... I'm really disappointed the way immigration works... Don't know when my husband will have his visa... They kept on sending mails for three times asking for more documents... The last time they asked the documents were 8 months before. After that immi. Ac is silence... We are still waiting...
Any ways thanks for the info...Good luck in settling down in here...
