Yes we are married for over 2 years and now our only child is an Australian citizen...
Can you plz explain whether we need to apply separately this visa 100? Coz my husband has received his visa 309 for 20 years...And meanwhile ummid account shows that his visa 100 is processing..
Hmmmm...
To be honest, I am not too sure; But I found the following information. I think you have to upload the documents 1 month before the two year visa application lodgement anniversary but in my previous link it says that if you're in a long term relationship you can apply before that.

https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visa...rant-100#HowTo
Apply online
We start assessing you for the permanent visa 2 years after you lodged your visa application. You can attach the documents no more than 1 month before the 2 years date. Do not attach them before this time.

Complete Stage 2 - Permanent Partner Visa Assessment (100, 801) in ImmiAccount.
Attach your documents in ImmiAccount. Attach a document only once, even if you are using it to show more than one thing
Note the Transaction Reference Number (TRN)

@UTSC- you are most welcome... Wait patiently....If they have asked pcc and health exam to do it again, it means definitely they will not refuse it, and submit those ASAP. From the day you submit it, within 4 weeks time, they will call you and because my husband was in Australia, instead of granting him the visa on that same day, they asked him to leave australia within 28days, so he rebooked the ticket and left australia the third weeks, and as soon as he entered india, the 5th working day, they granted him his visa...So basically, I hope you will get it on the same day of the phone call if you are in your own country...🙂🙂🙂
So Good luck... Update us your good news...
I have done everything by myself so now immi account is nothing to me...Lol....
I even did all the documentation for my parents while I'm struggling for my husband's spouse visa...All by myself...
So now, I know they won't refuse just because we don't apply through a migration agent as long as everything is genuine and are up todate...
Any one needs support, I'm free to guide, coz I know how hard the life is without your loved ones...🙂🙂🙂

Thank you for your encouraging words. We have already submitted the updated PCC and medicals so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi @suketu.
Did you got the visa by now? Could you please update about your visa progress? As my DOL is 24.02.2018 and I received same email saying "Your application takes time to process as we complete a number of thorough checks" I am bit worried as I think only those applicants receive this email (on completion of 1 year) who are going to receive visa longer than normal. So please kindly share about your visa progress.

Thanks.
Lilly.
