Could you please tell why your case was complex? Please add some details, like how often you had correspondence with your CO and any advise you would like to give.

We applied in Feb 2018 and its 13 months now.

Waiting for your response.

Many thanks.
Complexity of the case: 1st Marriage is nullified through court. after 5 years wait and got married and re sponsored.

Multiple case officer. 1st case office contact in 3 months asked sponsor PCC and AFP. later no response until this 19th month, this time asked for medicals, AFP and pcc(since more than 1 year medicals and PCC expired )for applicant. granted on 21 month.

Although it is long and painful wait for me and my partner, we were fortunate to get Visit visa and my partner did stay mostly here with me in Australia. initial visit visa rejected on the grounds that case officer not convinced with the intention to return. but 2nd visit visa granted later we extended it for 6 more month. the we have to go back to India and apply 3 ed visit visa. but now we got 309. hoping to apply for 100 in this July.

I am no good in giving advice. but i wish and pray you will get your visa soon.
one thing if u apply for visit visa please mention in reason of visit that you want to stay with your partner until the decision is taken on your spouse visa. if you just write that u want to stay with your partner, the case officer may/may not assume that you have no intention of return.

Hello lilly

This one is my second narriage

I applied tourist visa once before my marriage in ang-2017 but they refused

After my divorce i mary with australian citizen girl. And apply 309/100 on16/2/18

We submit all doc and pcc and medical on 19 march 18

After that we apply family visitor in end of march-18 but they refused in april-18..

We dont have any good news regarding my visa 309/100 so

We like to apply again tourist visa next month.. These one is our 3rd try for tourist visa subclasa 600..

Is it ok to apply again or we have to wait our 309/100

My mara agent send me screenshot of my immi status..

After 13 months my status is " initial assessment "

So what to do.. I m very confuse..

Thanks...
