Same. Guess itís the case with most of us here. Considering that the PCC and medical they requested has/will expire soon... I hope they donít ask us to redo them.

Hello, Just an update, My husband is Nepali and visa is being processed through Delhi immigration. We applied June 23rd 2017, so today marks 23 months waiting.. recently received a phone interview about 6 weeks ago and had to redo the medical and police check as first ones had expired. Now still waitinggggg (before 6 weeks ago we literally didn’t hear from them for like 22 months)

Thatís a really long wait for the two of you. Good news is that they canít keep you waiting any longer. So you shall be getting your visa grant max within a month. So good luck

Yes it feels like forever, I’m also living in Nepal and can’t wait to see my family 😞 we are really hoping it doesn’t go over 2 years, fingers crossed! I’m not sure if it’s a complicated case, my husband was married previously and divorced just before we got together, he also applied onshore and got declined so then we applied offshore. Would you say that’s a complicated case? 🤔

That sounds like it might be classed as a complicated case to me.

Why was the onshore partner visa refused?
