Hi All, Good news from my end, PR granted y'day. Applied on 19th Nov'18 and PCC were submitted on 16th April '19. No interview ..also both 309 and 100 granted together. Our case also was straight forward.

Hi All,

Would really appreciate any help or advise.

We applied for Partner visa 309 since February 2018. After a long wait we finally received a call from department and they asked for medical for
My husband's previous marriage child who is not migrating with him.
My husband's ex will not support us in any process and we have informed the department same.
Really stressed now as it may delay the process further.
We are very stressed now and not sure what will be the outcome.

If anyone has any similar situation please share your experience with us.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Aavyan

Congratulations

Just a question, you mentioned you were granted straight PR . were you in a long term relationship or married for long? can you please tell more details?
Me and my husband got married 2 years back and have been together for 6 years now in total. i am still waiting for my 309 grant. And we have been looking at the possibility of getting 100, so if you just give more details , it would be highly appreciated.

Thank you and Good luck

Hi there,

the current processing times for the visa are

Processing times for 300
75% of applications: 16 months
90% of applications: 22 months

Processing times for 100 - Partner

75% of applications: 14 months
90% of applications: 21 months

Since your application was in March 2018 you should hear by end of this month which is 16 months if not then by Jan 2020
