After uploading My husband police check do I need to click the button on immigration portal “ I confirm I have provided information as requested “ or can I click on the button now as S56 checklist states to provide information in 7 days whereas email received to My husband states time frame is 28 days.

Due to different time frames in two emails we are in ambiguous situations that when to click the button. We have contacted them through email but haven’t received any response.
I would suggest that you upload evidence of intention to get the Indian police certificate first into your immiaccount. How long do you expect it for the PCC to arrive because you can get one issued same day if you are in india. if you can get it within 7 days i would wait to press the button but if its going to take time then upload the PCC appointment recipt or any other info that shows intention to get PCC.

When was your date of lodgement?

Applied in March 2019 and absolutely no contact yet from immi 😞 hoping that we will get an RFI soon so we can at least move forward!
