================
No one knows, the waiting is getting longer, they say its because of the lockdown in India, almost no grants from March, saw one only.

its almost like nothing is being done, which is very sad giving the personal life/relation, money/amount and time its costing us.

Not to forget, people are suffering and if PCC's or medical expire, we will have to it all over again.

all we can do is stay strong !!

apurvwalia and pkotireddy like this.

Hi pkotireddy, what date did your application change from 'received' to 'further assessment'?

Thanks!

Waiting times have come down to 13-17 months today. Wonder what that implies with no files coming through.

Subclass 309

In March: 75% took up to 13 months.
In April: 75% took up to 13 months.

Not much has changed for the majority of 309s.

But maybe fewer grants given, and those in future months may show longer times.

Subclass 100

In March: 75% took up to 21 months.
In April: 75% took up to 23 months.

Some of those 100s in the majority 75%, are taking a bit longer.

In some countries there may be no grants, and therefore not in these figures.

Do you see this reduction in 90% processing times as a positive for the future or does it not matter? Or is it going to start going up next month onwards?

With the 309s
Apr 2020: 10% took over 17 months.
Mar 2020: 10% took over 21 months.

This could be just a case of the longer term ones not even being granted yet.
If so, that could easily mean longer times after this is over. It depends how long the reduced number of grants continue for.

The numbers of grants for the month would help to give a better idea.
