Is anyone still waiting for their grant from March 2019 or earlier?
We applied in March last year and still waiting on the 309 grant, medicals requested and supplied back in October 2020 but still nothing. Really hoping for a grant ASAP as we haven't seen each other in 12 months

We also applied in March 2019. Received RFI for PCC in September and more details requested as we asked to convert 300 to 309 when got married in dec 2019. Application converted to 309 and Nothing since then, also I am onshore.

Hi All

My partner received a generic email on the 23rd December that the application file has opened up but has not been reviewed. They have suggested to upload all relavant documents if not uploaded already.

We are planning to upload an extra Form 888. We have been uploading all other documents during the course of the process.

Exactly a year today since the application.

I applied 309 offshore on May 2019 from India

RFI submitted on October 2020
