Thanks for sharing your case officer's details She is indeed a very quick decision maker and you're lucky to have got her.
Have a great weekend!

Kind Regards,
Becky

Hey Rajani,

AHC New Delhi has started looking at some applications submitted in April 2014 as well. And a couple of the members of the other forum have even been granted their visas
Good Luck and wish you a timely grant

Kind Regards,
Becky

my wife applied for her visa in New Delhi VFS in April 2014

24/12/2014 i got call from immi dept new Delhi, around 11am Indian time.
i was at work and its not allowed to use phone while at work.anyways i got email from CO RS that she tried to contact me and my wife.but we both didn't answer the phones.

Hey maklaw,

Welcome to the forum
Congratulations on getting a case officer allocated to your application.
These days many applicants/sponsors get phone calls from the case officers, nothing to worry about. Usually the case officer just asks questions about the relationship like when you first met, when you decided to get married, how long have you known your partner, etc. This is just to make sure that the relationship is genuine and both people know about each other, their families, their household plans, commitments towards each other, future plans together and things like that.

Good that you wrote the case officer an email explaining why you were unable to answer her call. Just make sure your partner answers her phone when the case officer calls next time as many applicants lately have been getting their visa approved as soon as the case officer got off the phone with the applicant. Keep a close eye on your phones and inbox.
AHC is open till December 31st, 2014 so be ready and close to your phones.
Hope this helps. Please do ask if you have more questions.
Good Luck and please do let us know how you go

Kind Regards,
Becky

No worries, how long have you been married? Not sure if you know, if the applicant has been married for 2 years or more and have a child with the sponsor, she can be granted the partner permanent subclass 100 directly without having to wait for 2 years on the partner provisional subclass 309 visa. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Kind Regards,
Becky
