Omg cant believe u guys have been waiting this long !
I am a permanent resident and we just sent our application to India yesterday so hopefull it will get there by next friday.
My partner is from Nepal. Our agent helped us with our application.
Hopefully it wouldnt take too long !
My partner got refused on the spouse visa a couple months ago because we didnt meet the Schedule 3 criteria for Onshore application so we applied offshore this time.
In the refusal notice they said our relationship was genuine so hopefully there wouldnt be any doubt grant us visa
But I am not working at the moment, what should I do if they need a financial sponsor and stuffs like that ?

let the moderators give you more detailed anwer on this as i dont have much info about this. But i think if you are unemployed at moment but previously you worked, you might be having some funds(money ) to support you and your partner. Then i dont think its going to be any problem.

Currently, work or funds are not requirement for a person to sponsor his or her partner. That has been totally eliminated. Therefore, no worry as long as you meet other requirements and you have evidence to support your application.

Hope this helps
