1. I had submitted my PCC along with all docs at the time of lodging my file.. And it's going to expire on 16th April coz it's valid for a year I guess... do I have to submit fresh PCC or the same will work? I asked my agent and he said they won't ask New one.
2. I haven't provided full pages copy my passport.. I just provided 1st and last page and someone in my known applied for tourist visa and in her case CO asked for complete passport copy..does it required in my case too.. And if it is should I wait CO to ask for this or I should submit now..?
little confused..
1. You should have waited for PCC , but anyways if u did, its not a big problm , dont rush now for another pcc, get your new only when asked by CO.(bcoz getting pcc takes just a day, so you can submit Asap whn asked for)
2.Pages of your bio- data are required only.. So no need of others
If you are still worrying , leave upon them( immi). You always get time to submit docs

I hve read in forum that in some cases CO can extend the validity, not sure its applicable to PCC as well, my medical is expiring on 19 this month, i wil let you know whether they extend it or have to redo.

We got our visa grant!
It took 7.5 months.
Hats off to the Delhi HC in processing it quickly.
Thank you all for your help!!!
Very valuable inputs... Much appreciated
(FYI: We had used a migration agent/lawyer from Australia who had uploaded our application online and not via VFS).

One tip to all, in your application give all the information you possibly can.
If there is no room for doubt, there will be no follow ups from the CO and subsequently no delays.

Good luck to all who are still waiting...

They were married for 2 yRs when they applied, might that be a plus point in their application... Realy lucky he is.. Coz in 7.5 months even CO is not assigned in high risk countries like us, and they hve got Visa much earlier before the time prescribed.

309 partner migration offshore application
Sponsor and Spouse both residing in India
Migration Lawyer applied online from Australia

Each case is different. So hard to opine on delays for others but one thing I learnt from this forum is to be detailed in your supports, provide extra information so it gives ALL the information the CO would require.
