Actually i have been in Australia for 7 years now.I was on student visa before and i married to Aus citizen girl.I applied from here but got refusal after 5 months.(schedule criteria3) After that i took 7-8 months in india to collect all my docs and lodge my file(my consultant is careless).

Actually its my fault that i just added my old Valid Aus PCC at the time of lodgement just for sake of safety. But according to me i think as i have applied Aus Pcc and its expired now so may be thats why CO is asking for new one.
And at the moment i am in Australia on subclass600 with my new born baby and my in laws.

If you upload or email documents, you can send scanned colour documents without having them certified.
